Your team

We are looking for a Initiative Manager for WMA Adoption of Artificial Intelligence to :

• partner with Wealth Management AI Teams globally and with respective senior digital and business leads on this important initiative
• manage aspects of large scale, highly complex initiatives, including planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
• identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
• coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
• act as an ambassador to help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts
• perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
• effectively communicate updates to senior leaders in the organization

Your expertise

You’ll be working in the WM Americas team focusing on accelerating our AI strategy
This project spans several streams and is a focus area for the GOTO division

Your expertise
• ideally 15+ years of senior level initiative management experience
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• solid experience in financial services technology, especially within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
