Your role
Do you have passion for managing and executing marketing campaigns? Are you experienced in managing multiple projects and navigating a matrix organization? We're looking for someone who will:
• partner Marketing Strategy to deliver marketing projects to key business stakeholders to a consistently high standard
• work collaboratively with partners in internal communications, group branding, corporate communications, other divisional functions and external agency partners to develop multi-channel campaigns and content within budget and in a timely manner
• support the development of and generate new ideas around client facing marketing initiatives and campaigns, with focus on executing across digital channels (social media, video marketing, podcast, website, client email communications, advertising)
• leverage data analytics to measure performance and ROI of marketing campaigns
• manage digital marketing and content sponsorship initiatives with media or 3rd party organizations in close collaboration with cross-marketing team and business stakeholders

Your team
You’ll be working in the Investment Bank Marketing Execution team, in Hong Kong. In partnership with internal marketing teams and external agencies, we meet the marketing needs of the Investment Bank. We manage traditional and digital marketing efforts including social media, email and web-based communication. We have teams in cities across the world, covering three regions: the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
Your expertise
• 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services B2B marketing, preferably in the corporate and investment bank, and understand nuances of North Asia countries across APAC
• a focus on driving and managing integrated digital marketing and social media campaigns along with the ability to monitor and interpret analytics/campaign results
• strong project management experience with ability to multi-task and manage various project elements efficiently
• an eye for design, aesthetics and brand alignment with strong attention to details
• the ability to understand and simplify information to create clear, compelling communication
You are:
• an independent creative thinker, yet an accountable, collaborative team player
• an energetic and solutions-oriented marketer with sound judgment regarding effective marketing and communication strategies (but you know when to seek guidance)
• fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• a great communicator, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
