Are you solution oriented? Do you always have an eye toward improving processes? We’re looking for a Business Analyst for BRM to handle the following:
• assist with the following processes: Book Hierarchy management, Compliance related reviews, IT access controls, Supervisory Controls, Operating Forum presentations
• execute the requests from IB COO teams
• assist on the requirement from the business managers
• check the compliance of travel and entertainment expense claims to the banks policies
• provide relevant management information to the IB COO teams on stats, trending, etc

Your team

You'll be working in the IB BRM COO team in Shanghai. We are supporting the IB COO and BRM functions cross the different business areas.

Your expertise

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar analytical administrative role or accounts payable specialist role is desired but not critical
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
• Analytical and a quick learner
• Strong attention to detail
• Persistent - the role requires frequent follow up and interaction with junior and senior staff of the bank
• Able to make independent decisions and proactive in solving problems and issues for business management staff.
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
