Do you want to design, build and integrate attractive digital products and services?
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to:
• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help

Your team

You'll be working in the POD Modern Technologies (area "Improve the Bank") in Zürich.

Your expertise

Must-haves:
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience as Senior DevOps Engineer / Senior Software Engineer
• minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Actions Management within the finance sector
• minimum 5 years of hands on experience with the following S&P Global standard applications:
IMActions, IMBridge, IMTest, IMDashboard, IMProxy, IMConfigure, IMArchival
• interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
• experience and deep knowledge about:
Linux/Unix, Python, GitLab, CI/CD, Shell Scripting, Ansible, IBM MQ, Oracle DB & SQL, Java, Azure, Springboot, Springbatch, JMS, Apache Webserver, Tomcat Webcontainer
• fluent in English

Nice-to-haves:
• Kotlin, Maven, Elastic, Logstash, Perl, .dun & .rpm packages
• basic German (A2)
