Your role

We are looking for a senior software engineer to:

• own the IT change portfolio and be a trusted partner for key business stakeholders and sponsors
• provide technical expertise and recommendations when assessing new projects and initiatives
• collaborate confidently with project team members and technical contributors
• oversee software development activities to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business requirements

Your team

You'll be joining the Jersey Software Engineering team as part of the WMPC UK & Channel Islands organization.

Your expertise

• held similar software engineer role, ideally for 3-5 years within the finance sector
• strong leadership skills, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and motivating environment where team members can thrive
• ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
• experience working at the intersection of business and IT
• able to address complex challenges and remove roadblocks for the team
