We’re looking for a Nordic speaker - Client Account Manager (CAM) to:
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact (by phone or e-mail) for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• meet challenges with a positive attitude and a can-do mentality

Your team
As Client Account Manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
You`ll have strong ties to the Front Support Organization with strong partnership to related colleagues / team mates
Your expertise
We are looking for an individual able to demonstrate the following:
• financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
• previous experience supporting or covering Nordics clients
• unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• good communication skills, negotiating abilities, self-motivation
• entrepreneurial thinking and action with adequate social competences
• team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• fluent in English. Nordics languages would be considered as a strong asset
