Your role

Do you have a solid understanding of Identity & Access Management solutions and processes? Do you have a track record in performing medium complex data analysis and creating reports for IT stakeholders and business partners, covering both technical and business needs?

We are looking for an Access Management Support cum Business Analyst to join our onboarding and Migrations team, to

• work on data analysis and building functional reports to help various business processes within the organization
• work across access governance applications that provide services to IT asset owners to configure and maintain access management for their IT assets
• collaborate with technologists to drive data analysis and reporting to support migrations of applications from legacy apps to strategic new applications (together with their access rights and respective entitlements) and for brand new onboarding of applications to strategic tools
• identify opportunities through data analysis to improve the application migration process as well as to recommend onboarding processes to reduce all security and operational risks in line with organization policies and compliance standards

Your team

You will be working in Access Governance and Onboarding [AG&O] team with in Technology Information Security Office, helping to source, develop, implement, maintain and support world-class technology solutions.
Technology Information Security Office (TISO) is a global organization within Group Operations and Technology Office (GOTO). Our services focus on Access Management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, and create best-fit solutions.
As an expert in Access Governance domain, you'll be part of our team in Singapore and working closely with the internal project team. The team is responsible for access management to IT Assets used across the organization. Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses they support secure.

Your expertise

• 2 to 3 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• must be able write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from database (Azure SQL preferred)
• strong proficiency in data visualization tools to develop and maintain dashboards, charts and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep aptitude for quantitative reasoning
• good communication skill in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions
• identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support business strategy and operations
• ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks
