Your role
Do you have a sharp eye for detail? Are you known for hitting deadlines? We’re looking for a Custodian Oversight Specialist to:
• serve as the central point of contact for all custodian-related matters, including operational queries, Corporate Actions, escalations, and coordination across internal teams and external custodians.
• maintain a comprehensive overview of custodian expertise and ensure transparency and accountability in issue resolution through structured review meetings and follow-ups.
• monitor and process daily corporate action and income events, including voluntary instructions and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• investigate and resolve exceptions, queries, and event mismatches, ensuring accurate calculation and posting of cash and stock positions.
• organize and lead recurring oversight sessions with custodians and stakeholders, tracking open issues to timely closure and escalation when needed.
• collaborate effectively with team members to align operational execution with broader business goals.

Your team
You will work in the Counterparty Management Team within Asset Management in Zurich. Our team is responsible for research and maintenance of Corporate Actions across the world, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers’ responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our accounting system and reconciling positions.
Your expertise
• operations expertise: Good understanding of Corporate Action processes and custodian operations.
• client focus: ability to manage relationships and expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
• business analysis: strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• communication & structure: Excellent communication skills, with a structured and organized approach to problem-solving and documentation.
° strong command of both written and spoken English
° comfortable in prioritizing workload and working with tight deadlines
