Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to become part of our Global Banking – Paris team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
• Exceptional analytical and modelling skills with the ability to structure, guide, and review detailed valuation work (LBO, DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, etc.) and other financial analyses within the context of M&A transactions
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, actively contributing to the identification of new opportunities and clients, while supporting coverage of existing relationships with fresh ideas
• Collaborative approach, working seamlessly with product and sector teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Client-focused attitude, committed to building and strengthening relationships across our sponsor and corporate coverage universe
• Team-oriented spirit, fostering a positive culture and supporting the development of junior bankers
• Execution capability, assisting in the delivery of transactions across multiple products (M&A, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, etc.)

Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Paris. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
As an Associate Director, you will provide key analytical support in idea origination efforts and transaction execution focused on M&A, leveraged buyouts, and equity / debt / private capital market transactions.
Your expertise
• A university degree in finance, economics, business administration, mathematics or related technical field
• 2-3 years’ experience in investment banking
• Advanced financial modelling skills with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles
• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive approach, and effective time management
• Proven experience in training and mentoring junior team members to deliver optimal outcomes for clients and the team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal stakeholders and clients
• Fluency in French and English is essential
