• assisting Client Account Manager in clients’ daily requests in an agile and efficient manner
• support Client Account Manager manages all operational and administrative account processes, including the organization and maintenance of client documentation
• coordinate closely with stakeholders to align client requests and ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality
• foster a risk-aware culture with the team by ensuring clients’ requests are managed in line with best practices
• demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Account Management team in Brazil. As a Client Account Manager Intern you'll play a vital part in supporting the team nurturing and strengthening relationships with clients located in Brazil. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

• students of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas with graduation date after Dec/26
• CPA-20 certification (preferred)
• fluency in English
• attention to details, proactive and innovative mindset
• resilient team player with a genuine service orientation
• exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills
