You will be managing business within IB Onboarding for your product line – Cash & Synthetic Equities Prime Brokerage, FX PB, ETD & OTC Clearing for Global Markets, Investment Bank.

Your role is the be the “Voice of the Client: and their single point of contact throughout the Onboarding process to navigate UBS partnering with clients to build their business from a non-investment perspective and shaping the way the client does business with UBS by utilizing our experience, process and technology.

Your role is to own onboarding across the value chain for your product, face off to the business and clients. Introduce value chain and successfully manage pipeline of onboarding across the firm.

Your team

You’ll be working in the global team – Client Onboarding Business Management which consists of senior individuals across the globe managing client onboarding for Global Market, IB for their specific product line against business priorities. You will face of to the business and clients to understand the ask and clients’ goals. You will act in project management role across value chain to ensure smooth execution as per clients’ goal and unblock any client dependencies- increase throughput and reduce turnaround times.

Your team will be part of wider IB Onboarding organization focusing on bringing together unique skillset to drive powerful capabilities for our clients.

Your expertise

Your expertise

• Experienced leader who consistently demonstrates ability to work across the organization to achieve objectives. Min + 10 years of experience of working in the onboarding space for particular product in a manager capacity.
• Excellent Prime Brokerage and Derivative Clearing product and process knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables while balancing internal and external stakeholder demand.
• Proven record of developing client relationships i.e. understanding and anticipating clients’ needs, working with clients through operational challenges, and serving as the voice of the client for product development.
• Broad understanding of technology and vendors used in the space to maximize straight through processing.
• Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skillset.
• Strong client management experience and proven client service competencies.
• Ability to identify, promote and maximize the client’s overall relationship with the firm, including cross- selling.
• A passion for delivering results for clients and working in a team setting.
