Your role

We’re looking for an Intern in HR Service Delivery – Voluntary Exit to:

• Support voluntary termination processes by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all steps
• Handle sensitive employee data and documents with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the exit process
• cooperate with multiple stakeholders on daily basis and work with other languages
• Contribute to creating a positive clients experience
• Input data into HR Systems

Your team

You'll be part of Voluntary Exit Team within Global HR Service Delivery organization based in Wroclaw with collaboration with Krakow. We are the core HR Operations team which provides HR services to all employees and line managers through our ticketing system. We also work on various technologies or robots to make the process more efficient.

Your expertise

• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and HR Systems
• truly service oriented with great communication skills
• well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
• able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
• Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of German and/or Italian/ French will be an asset
