Your role

You will be called on to work closely and act as a relationship manager to some of the wealthiest people in the country. As part of your role, you will also work closely with team members, office management and firm personnel to perform administrative and operational duties, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
1) Process wires, EFTs, checks, journals, ACAT assets transfers, DRS requests - internal and external.
2) Process Private Equity investment orders and redemptions.
3) Implement advisory solutions such as PMP, Strategic Advisor, CAP, Access, MacWrap, etc., and confirm pricing/fees are correct and accounts approved for trading.
4) Assist clients with account opening, checks and Visa credit/debit card orders, on-line services, securities backed credit lines, mortgage processing, Visa automatic monthly payment set-up, automatic monthly wires, internal transfers and all aspects of account opening and maintenance.
5) Remain compliant in all aspects of client reporting including annual RMDs for retirement accounts, quarterly distributions as necessary and client documentation approvals for accounts
6) Implement portfolio changes and ensure final implementation is complete and correct
7) Update cost basis as needed and generate systematic reports as requested
8) Address inquiries for clients relating to all aspects of their accounts and maintain client records to ensure they are up-to-date
9) Work with third party professionals (CPAs, bookkeepers, business managers, etc.) to research and address inquiries relating to clients statements and annual tax reports.
10) Engage with team members to complete team operational and administrative projects in a timely manner
11) Will work closely with team analysts to raise funds for client needs (check writing, wires, internal transfers, etc.)
12) Complete timely compliance related reporting such as PKRs, ART Review Tool, Key Contact Notes and Alternate Address Annual Review.
13) Add updates to Annual Account Billing report for all clients covered.
14) Set-up Donor Advised Funds and process gifting throughout the year.
15) Will work on a large team of professionals (including 5 financial advisors).

As a Client Service Associate, you will be part of the UBS Private Wealth Management division on a 34-person team that focuses exclusively on the comprehensive wealth management and investing needs of ultra-affluent individuals and families, corporations, endowments, and foundations with investable assets over $20 million. The team manages $9 billion in assets and is made up of investment professionals with over 100 years of collective experience. The team has developed a process that leverages the unique experience of each member of the team as well as the vast resources of UBS. Each member of the team has a clearly defined role and specific expertise that contributes to the overall business.

Your expertise

- Must have excellent verbal and written skills (will build long-standing relationships with new and existing clients)
- Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow-up skills.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and be a self-starter.
- Requires a positive attitude to take direction from team members.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should have experience and be proficient using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Series 7 & 66 recommended but not required.
- Looking for an individual who is interested in a long-term position with a large team.
