We are looking for someone like that to:
• be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of client accounts
• coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders to fulfil all requirements for account transfers
• take ownership of escalations and coordinate the resolution of identified issues with relevant parties
• be ready to work with large spreadsheets and analyse data to deliver actionable insights

For this position, we are looking for someone for a temporary replacement, for 12 months.

Your team

As a valued member of the Client Data Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that client accounts are accurately maintained and fully compliant with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting and resolving investigations related to client data quality, as well as analysing client legal structures to facilitate client mergers and acquisitions. You will ensure that client account transfers are executed correctly and within the established timeframe, supporting the integrity and efficiency of our client data processes.

Your expertise

• good spoken and written English - ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• solid Excel skills
• excellent attention to detail
• strong investigative and analytical skills
• basic knowledge of investment products
• good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• degree in finance, economics, accounting, or similar
• experience working in a corporate environment (preferably in finance or banking) would be an asset
