Your role

Do you have strong logical reasoning skills and an interest in improving operational efficiency?
We are looking for an intern to join the Business Process Management team within Wealth Management COO in Brazil to:

• map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• develop workflows and documentation using BPM methodologies
• ensure process standardization and define SLAs
• monitor efficiency metrics and indicators, applying the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement
• participate in integration projects between systems and internal processes
• support training and communication on new processes

Your team

You will be part of the Business Process Management team in São Paulo, responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing processes to ensure operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on automation and system integration.

Your expertise

• currently enrolled in a degree program in Production Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo
• logical thinking, organization, and proactivity
• interest in process mapping
• English is desirable
• knowledge of programming languages (Python) and BPM/PDCA methodologies is a plus
