Your team

The Client Connectivity Specialist is accountable for executing client setup and integration with UBS systems across the requirements capture, development and precertification testing phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders to ensure connectivity requirements are met and delivered within the necessary timeframes.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client connectivity data and requirements as required by UBS policy.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of operational data and documents in UBS data stores.
• Set up of client access to UBS systems and maintenance of client data within UBS systems
• Executing integration of Client-to-UBS systems for electronic order flow, API connections, reporting generation.

Key Deliverables:
• Ensure service offering to clients, the business and operational partners is always professional and to the highest standards.
• Actively contribute to the integration workflow and client lifecycle. This includes:
• Capture accurately and execute client integration requirements.
• Work as a team player to ensure that the daily workload is completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate and partner with all team members to provide an excellent level of client service and ensure that any risk issues or red flags are addressed / escalated.

Your expertise

• Understanding and experience of SWIFT and SFTP protocol
• Good knowledge of Prime Brokerage business flow and market convention and regulatory requirement
• Good knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivative products and its market convention and regulatory requirement
