Your role

Do you have strong analytical skills? Do you know how to manage and work effectively with numerous technical teams to improve the security infrastructure? Can you build automation monitoring solutions for measuring site reliability?

• act as an incident manager for the respective services managed within the support portfolio
• deep understanding around the concept of Data Leakage prevention
• release management of a vast array of applications and products
• secure key management, Digital rights management, and other data protection services
• management of Azure cloud-based data protection applications such as O365 DLP, RMS, Azure key vault..
• automating monitoring and release solutions to improve our MTTD and MTTR
• understanding of the agile way of working and methodologies
• analyze complexity and feasibility of new or changed requirements
• accountability: willing to proactively step in and do the right thing while providing candid and constructive feedback
• maintaining good relationships with other interfacing teams
• propose and implement systems enhancements
• curious, collaborative and constantly interested in learning new things
• well organized with an innate sense of how to prioritize across a complex environment
• have an urge to document all the things so you don’t need to learn the same thing twice

Your team

You will work as part of the Data Confidentiality Protection Operations (DCP Ops) team. We are responsible for operational reliability, stability and availability of all the Data Protection services to protect data in transit or at rest. DCP Ops is responsible for Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management as well as automating monitoring for the supported Solutions. We are a global team located in India, Switzerland and USA.

Your expertise

You an expert when it comes to acting the role of an SRE. You have a proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs. Exposure to Data Protection, Key Management and Encryption is highly desired.

You have:
• 4+ years of IT industry experience
• minimum of 2+ years experience in building automation monitoring solutions acting as an SRE
• an analytical and logical mindset (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
• release/change management experience
• very strong skills in multiple operating system platforms including: Windows, Linux/UNIX
• knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL and experience in Python or other scripting language
• demonstrated experience in building automation monitoring and release solutions
• experience with security applications installations, configuration and troubleshooting (e.g. Hardware Security Modules and key management solutions.
• excellent written and oral English communication skills

Nice to have:
• understanding of cryptography concepts such as key exchange, key management within on prem and on cloud.
• experience with leading security technology vendors (e.g. Thales, Broadcom, Microsoft, Symantec etc.).
• understanding of decryption services and unstructured data protection components such as Protected emails, document classification etc
• Splunk development experience in creating Dashboards, RegEx queries
• certified in Azure/CISM/CISSP or Azure cloud knowledge
