Your role
As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing technical security controls across various applications and system environments, including networks, middleware, software solutions, encryption, and data protection.
We’re looking for a Security Engineer to:
• implement and manage IT security controls across applications and systems
• oversee operational management and ownership of IT security areas
• contribute to the development and refinement of security policies
• provide technical expertise to support project objectives
• collaborate with project teams to design, develop, test, and deploy secure software solutions
• troubleshoot and debug security-related issues
• participate in Agile ceremonies and relevant technical communities

Your team
Our Structured Data Protection team is formed of Business Product Owners, Business Requirements Engineers, Solution Architects, Software & DevOps Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers based out of Poland, India and UK has been formed throughout 2023-4. While that was sufficient for the goals we had, with the ambitious vision of 2025. Most of the team members have ~8 years of relevant experience on average in various aspects of delivering solutions and technologies.
Your expertise
• Cloud security, specifically Azure
• experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
• database management (e.g., MongoDB)
• Linux system administration
• cybersecurity best practices
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• automation services (scripting)
Desirable Certifications:
• certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Deliverables:
• high-quality software code and documentation that meets project requirements
• regular progress reports outlining team and personal achievements
