Your role

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide spectrum of employment issues across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Support with the management of employment litigation and dispute resolution, including instructing external counsel where necessary.
• Partner closely with Human Resources, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate employment legal risks, contributing to the development and implementation of robust risk management strategies and policies.
• Collaborate on global initiatives and cross-border projects with colleagues in Switzerland, APAC, and the Americas.

Your team

You'll work in the EMEA Employment Legal team in Poland. With over 20,000 employees in a number of locations across EMEA, the Employment Legal team are responsible for all employment legal issues and are involved in diverse and interesting case matters, supporting all Business Divisions. No day is the same. We are a global team of over 30 employment lawyers.

Your expertise

• Lawyer with some experience in employment legal matters. Having a status of legal advisor under the Polish law would be considered an asset.
• An ability to translate legal advice into practical, business-focused solutions.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent English language skills with other language skills being beneficial.
