Your role

Are you interested in risk management? Are you an analytical person? Are you keen to help us protect our reputation, financial health and long-term interests by helping us identify, measure and control risks?
In this role, you will:

• assist our team in managing risk effectively, to ensure a solid governance structure and foster a strong risk culture
• support us in designing and implementing controls, policies, standards, processes to ensure that the location is compliant with regulatory and UBS requirements
• tracking risk-driven projects, risk reporting and ad hoc presentations
• participate actively in international initiatives and projects
• monitor key risk indicators and aggregating data

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Risk Organization team in São Paulo. The team works in a highly dynamic environment. We value new ideas for better processes and foster effective communication.

Your expertise

• students of Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics with graduation date of December 2027 or after
• solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI skills are desirable
• good communication skills in English and Portuguese
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
• attentive to details and focus
• willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• hands-on profile
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo, Brazil
