We’re looking for participants in our CSEC Accelerate Program to:
•provide exceptional service through an omni-channel environment to make it easier for our clients and advisors to do business.
•communicate effectively to educate clients on account services and capabilities.
•diagnose problems through active listening and effective questions and own to resolution.
Through CSEC Accelerate - our 18-month career progression program - you will build your wealth management knowledge through business training and first-hand experience. Building the necessary skills as we prepare you for your next career step at UBS.
This Accelerate program consists of three 6-month segments where your learning builds over time through critical skills segments that include successful client conversations and basics of financial services; as well as, additional in depth content specific to a wealth management desk. There is an opportunity to complete the SIE, obtain a Series 7 and Series 63 (or alternatively a Series 66) license and you will be offered training and support along the way. At the end of the 18-month program, a place out process will take place to identify the right next role for our Accelerate participants.

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $60000 to $77000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You’ll be working in the Client Service Experience Center in Weehawken or Nashville. The Client Service Experience Center is the contact center that supports our US Wealth Management clients and colleagues. We are a driven and diverse team with over 250 people working in close partnership with GWM Americas and functions to drive a best-in-class client experience. The Client Service team mission is to create an excellent client and field experience through inclusive partnership, the collective knowledge of the team and identification of opportunities to drive business decisions.
Your expertise
• bachelor’s degree, 2024 and 2025 graduates welcome
• strong verbal / written communication and relationship-building skills
• exceptional service mindset with focus on active listening
• proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and basic computer hardware understanding
• excellent organization and time management skills
