Stiamo cercando un Advisory Specialist che sappia:

• Gestire proattivamente un portafoglio di clienti HNW/UHNW in consulenza per il mercato italiano interfacciandosi con i clienti finali, family offices e Client Advisors;
• Garantire un flusso costante di contenuti e raccomandazioni di investimento opportunistici e tattici, in linea con la visione di UBS e il contesto aggiornato dei mercati finanziari globali;
• Fornire consulenza proattiva strategica e tattica sugli investimenti cross-asset all'interno di un contesto di portafoglio, in linea con gli obiettivi di performance e il profilo di rischio del cliente, e coerente con la visione del CIO di UBS;
• Consigliare e assistere i clienti nell'implementazione di prodotti e strategie di investimento appropriati.
• Eseguire revisioni regolari delle preferenze dei clienti, monitoraggio sistematico dei portafogli e notifiche tempestive in caso di problemi di qualità rilevati;
• Collaborare strettamente con i Client Advisors per garantire una copertura senza soluzione di continuità e svolgere un ruolo attivo nell'acquisizione e nello sviluppo di nuovi clienti in consulenza;
• Agire come Ambasciatore per il team Advisory Specialist durante eventi di marketing e di mercato;
• Operare in una logica di team basata sulla collaborazione e il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni;
• Rispettare tutti gli standard normativi, regolamentari e di qualità, contribuendo a una cultura del rischio efficace.

Lavorerai nel team di Advisory Specialists di Milano per la clientela italiana. Siamo parte del team Advisory & Sales Italy all’interno della divisione Global Wealth management EMEA.

Your expertise

Esperienza di 2-3 anni nel wealth management in consulenza su investimenti o gestione di portafogli;
• Esperienza comprovata nel fornire consulenza sugli investimenti a un portafoglio di clienti HNW/UHNW;
• Laurea universitaria/MBA in finanza o in un campo correlato e/o diploma CFA, CIIA o equivalente;
• Fluente in inglese;
• Autonomo, proattivo e affidabile;
• Conoscenza dei requisiti normativi locali, con elevati standard etici e professionali.
• Forti competenze analitiche e tecniche.
