Your team

You will be part of the Data Analytics & Dashboard Crew, based in Hyderabad, India, within the IB-Tech function. Our crew is responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions that support Regulatory Reporting across Investment Banking (IB) and Wealth Management (WM) businesses globally. We build and maintain a portfolio of applications that ensure compliance, transparency, and operational excellence for transaction reporting across all geographies where UBS operates.

Your expertise

• working in agile environments with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing the Product Owner role in a Scrum team)

• delivering complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry or investment banking operations

• setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), as well as defining and tracking product success metrics

• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels

• solid understanding of Investment Banking Operational processes, especially the operational trade lifecycle across one or more asset classes: Cash Equity, Fixed Income, Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETDs), OTC Derivatives, and Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs)

• prior experience or exposure to regulatory transaction reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR) is a strong plus

• comfortable working with data analysis, including interpreting operational metrics, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making
