Your team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Authorized Officer to join our Retirement Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and processing IRA and Qualified plan transactions accurately and in compliance with the IRS regulations.

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Retirement Operations and /or IRA Tax Reporting

In-depth knowledge of financial markets and IRS rules and regulations for IRA and Qualified plans

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
