Are you motivated to work in fast-paced environment? You will work in the Presentations Team within our Investment Banking division, creating high-quality presentation materials for clients using PowerPoint.

Main responsibilities:
• Create PowerPoint presentations and pitchbooks for clients, following UBS’s official style guidelines
• Work closely with bankers in Japan and sometimes with teams overseas
• Learn new skills and contribute to successful pitch materials

Your team

You will join a small team of three people working on a shift schedule. The team has great teamwork and a friendly atmosphere. Beginners will receive careful training, so you can start with confidence. The work environment is positive, friendly and collaborative. If you want to try a role that supports sales activities, you are very welcome!

Your expertise

• Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint), preferably in banking or professional services
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with strong attention to detail and design; PhotoShop skills are a plus (having any one of these would be ideal)
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and basic English (fluent English is not required)
• Flexible working hours – candidates who can accommodate slightly shifted schedules (e.g., early mornings, afternoon shifts, or night shifts) are highly welcome
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
