We’re looking for a Sales Manager to:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and capture new opportunities
• Partner with market heads and sector leaders to keep the sales process focused and effective
• Design and launch scalable sales initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact
• Collaborate with product partners and the CIO team to deliver innovative ideas and solutions to clients
• Monitor performance and productivity against KPIs, driving accountability and results
• Leverage data and insights to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and align sales ideas with client needs

Your team

You’ll be working in Sales Management for Wealth Management, Hong Kong. Our team's experience ranges from Wealth Management to Investment Banking, research to sales and business management across key financial markets in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Your expertise

• 6-8 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or business development roles within wealth management, asset management, or markets
• Strong knowledge of markets and wealth management products
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Skilled at building relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communicator with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
• Humble, diligent, meticulous, and able to multi-task under time pressure
• Integrity, passion, and tenacity—always striving for excellence
