We're looking for a Portfolio Implementation Specialist to:
• Manage accounts that follow portfolio management strategies or models.
• Implement Portfolio Manager decisions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure adherence to internal, client, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review fund positions, cash and currency exposure, ensuring system accuracy, and overseeing data quality.
• Support new portfolio launches, transitions, and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and other internal Asset Management teams.
• Initiate and drive ongoing process improvements throughout the Investments lifecycle, including ownership of ad-hoc projects.

You’ll join the Portfolio Implementation Team within Asset Management Investments. Our experienced team has an excellent reputation for delivering fast and accurate implementation of Portfolio Managers’ strategies across a range of active funds and client portfolios.
The team works closely with local and global Investments teams as well as functions across the business performing a vital function within the front-to-back investment lifecycle. You will quickly learn all aspects of the role and use your knowledge to enhance team services and manage risks effectively.

Your expertise

• University degree (or equivalent) in banking, finance, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a portfolio management support or trading support role.
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry, including front-, middle-, and back-office workflows (knowledge of investment processes and systems is an advantage).
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with coding or programming is considered beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• CFA certification or progress toward it is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and keen to leverage technology to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
• Genuine interest in global markets and a broad range of financial instruments
• Ability to proactively contribute to changes in processes and procedures and to continuous productivity gains
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
