Your role
We are looking for you to join our FSO Singapore Client Account Structure Change Team as a Client Services Specialist to help us provide efficient & high-quality support to our Clients and Client Advisors.
• support Wealth Management Client Advisors and our clients on all Account Maintenance and Account Structure Change matters.
• facilitate the changes to client relationships and accounts for Individuals, Domiciliary Companies, Legal entities, Financial Institutions, Trusts, Funds, External Asset Managers
• ensure compliance with MAS 626 notices and Guidelines, and to mitigate risk (Legal / Regulatory / Reputational) for the bank.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Front Office, Legal, Compliance and Risk management teams
• Manage complex troubleshooting as required
• work within a highly motivated Client Services team, and help to continuously improve processes (i.e. sharing lessons learned and best practices)
• potentially have contact with clients to support the onboarding
• follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the relevant cross-border regulations

Your team
You'll be working in the FSO Engage Team in Wealth Management Singapore at 9 Penang Road. Our Team is responsible for providing comprehensive support in Client Lifecycle Management as well as Account structure changes to our Clients and Client Advisors across various market teams in Singapore location. Your expertise
• solid banking experience or at least a bachelor’s degree in a banking/ finance-related discipline
• 2 years’ experience or more in a similar client services role dealing with Wealth Management clients and supporting Client Advisors
• experience in AML/KYC and regulatory guidelines e.g. MAS 626
• solid IT skills, ideally with UBS programs such as CAWB, CBD, etc. as well as willingness to learn new tools and processes
• very good problem-solving skills
• an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English & Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)
• ability to work accurately & efficiently
• excellent (self-)organization & communication skills
• a highly motivated team player who is a team player
• highly adaptable and has an ability to work through change
• be inquisitive and challenge status quo to improve processes
• strong personality who is resilient, reliable and responsible
• able to work and be focused under pressure; perfectly organized and with high quality standard
