Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can:

• support our private bankers known as Client Advisors who manage comprehensive and complex client books in APAC
• keep accurate, up-to-date client documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
• keep in contact with internal and external clients
• comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
• assist and work together with Client Advisors to support our clients and prospects

Your team

You will be an employee of Wealth Management and will support client advisors who deliver solutions to our WM clients. The WM Team will be responsible for prospecting, building long-standing, cross divisional relationships and delivering products, services and advice to the clients domiciled Asia.

Your expertise

• a thorough understanding of WM processes and tools
• at least 3 years experience as a private banker or relationship manager assistant, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
• experience with structured lending documentation, covenants and other legal terms would be advantageous
• experience in dealing with complex client relationships including UHNW
• business level fluency in English and Mandarin, or any other Asian language which would be advantageous in serving our clients
