Your role

We’re looking for a Python and automation Developer with a focus on process automation to:

Deliver technology solutions that solve real business problems and reinforce our leadership in digital financial services
• Analyze and translate business requirements from our global wealth management teams into robust technical designs
• Design, develop, and deploy automation and agentic workflows using Python, Power Platform, Azure, BPA tools, AI, and various modern frameworks and technology
• Evaluate new software initiatives, offering technical recommendations to enhance existing systems and drive innovation;
• Participate in code reviews and provide maintenance support, ensuring long term stability and performance of our solutions
• Follows the process and always ready to learn and implement modern coding and governance practices
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships across our business in India, Swiss, APAC, and globally.

You’ll be part of the "Robotics and automation wing”, team within the GWM OH BCCH function under the Global Wealth Management COO. While based in India, you will frequently interact with colleagues in Switzerland. You will be working with the team closer to business who will develop and deliver the high quality, structured solutions. For this, we need your expertise and precision!

Your expertise

Education:
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university
Experience:
• Relevant 5+ years of experience in developing small and medium scaled applications
• Experience working in team, agile structure
Technical Skills:
• Expert in Python or any programming language,
• Knows or worked with office 365, sharepoint, power platform, VBA, javascript
• to build clean, scalable, well documented and modular code
• Prepare the technical documentation
• strong grasp of data types, functional and OOP programming, error handling,
familiarity with Pythonic principles,
• experience in automating workflows across Windows apps, web apps, cloud, databases, APIs, Excel, Word, PDF and other documents, web scraping, user interfaces and light weight web apps, data extraction including OCR
• well versed to Conduct unit testing and participate in system and functional testing
• Fluent in English, with strong cross cultural awareness;
• Effective communicator with experience in business process analysis and stakeholder alignment;
• Experience with Any BPA tool like automation anywhere and Git, GitLab and CI/CD pipelines, database is add on
