Your role

As a Product Services Specialist, you will provide expert support in managing and developing solutions, products, and strategies for alternative funds. This role combines operational oversight with strategic contribution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation across product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
-Administrator & Custodian Oversight: Verify NAV and fee calculations; review balance sheets, portfolio valuations, and P&L statements.
-Data Quality & Maintenance: Process transactions, client flows, NAV reconciliations, valuation updates, and postings.
-Reporting: Prepare and validate client and regulatory reports.
-Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee operational processes and ensure compliance.
-Investment Team Support: Monitor product guidelines, manage cash and credit lines.
-Solution Development: Assess trends, develop new client solutions, and enhance existing products.
-Risk Analysis: Run simulations and evaluate proposed strategies.
-Continuous Improvement: Track, maintain, and improve solutions for profitability and efficiency.
-FX Hedging Activities:
-Prepare forward roll trade instructions.
-Validate netting figures for FX positions.
-Instruct realized gain/loss payments related to hedging activities.

Your team

You’ll join the Product Services team in Poland within the Unified Global Alternatives business unit. The team oversees registered and private funds globally, ensuring data accuracy and compliance for alternative trading strategies.

Your expertise

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-High sense of responsibility, self-driven, and proactive.
-Experience in guideline monitoring and cash/credit management.
-Solid Excel skills; programming knowledge (Python, SQL) is a plus.
-Understanding of automation and AI concepts.
-Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
-Financial background with fund-of-funds experience.
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
