Your role
Are you a target driven individual? Are you skilled at translating data into factual information and able to have strategic conversations? Are you passionate about the digitalisation of banking and want to be a part of a growing electronic sales team? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
• Deliver electronic trading capabilities to our FX clients through our single-dealer platforms, APIs, Multi-dealer platforms, and vendor solutions across the whole trade cycle (pre-trade, execution, and post-trade)
• Exceed sales targets for new client acquisition and volume growth with appropriate up-sell and cross-sell
• On-board, maintain and develop new client relationships in multiple client segments including (but not exclusive to) Banks, Real Money, Retail brokers and corporates
• Provide client feedback to the product development team to effectively enhance the client experience across all our e-Channels
• Manage and directly impact the prioritization of product development and enhancements
• Deliver our franchise across asset classes

You'll be working in Global Markets eFX Sales team in Japan. The eFX offering forms a cornerstone of our overall strategy and the eFX Sales role is critical for delivering our market-leading offering to our client base. You’ll be able to draw on the strength of our platforms, products, services and people worldwide to give your clients first in class execution solution
Your expertise
Required Skills & Experience:
• University degree or other recognized qualification
• Relevant sales experience with strong knowledge in FX.
• Knowledge of Complex Algorithms and FX Derivatives. Precious Metals is a Plus
• Outstanding relationship management capabilities with strong analytical, risk management, marketing skills
• Be able to discuss market structure and practical issues relevant to electronic distribution and topical issues
• Fluency in English and Japanese to support the local client base(both written and spoken)

• High motivation and proactive approach to work
• Ability to lead collaboration within and outside the team
• A self-starter, with the ability to cope well under pressure
• Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
