Your role

Are you a marketing student who wants to learn how to use a variety of strategies and tools to get the word out?

We’re looking for a marketing intern to:

• support execute marketing projects while keeping an eye on the budget
• support in the production of client literature including event factsheets, presentations, brochures and others
• make sure event marketing delivery comply with our guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements
• leverage on digital channels such as marketing tools, events risk management assessment and others to support following the Marketing Handbook guidelines

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management Marketing Brazil team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

We support the Wealth Management business to promote the UBS brand and capabilities with existing and prospect clients, and support business growth in Brazil. As a marketing intern, you’ll play a vital role in the events team delivery, a pivotal area of Marketing in a growing business by showing our clients why UBS is the right choice for their wealth management needs.

Your expertise

• eager to work with complex event projects, particularly related to high-net-worth individuals
• currently studying marketing, communication, administration or related subject degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing or journalism
• ability to manage and deliver on processes and guidelines for event management
• savvy communicator, comfortable using a variety of channels both traditional and new (and full of fresh ideas)
• fluent in BR Portuguese and English is preferred, to support local client base and global connectivity we have with the wider firm
