Your role

We are looking for a Marketing Product Owner within the Asset management marketing operations organization to:

• Support the modernization and industrialization of the marketing operating model in terms of marketing-related platforms and solutions
• Act as product owner for various marketing platforms / solutions, e.g. Internet fund pages, Marketing Material Approval tool etc.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of a new Content Management System (e.g. Seismic) in the mid / long-term.
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external Marketing experts, business representatives and IT teams across the organization to deliver and manage solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into IT requirements
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends in terms of marketing-related tools

Your team

You’ll be working in the Marketing Operations organization which focuses on efficient, scalable and seamless delivery and execution along the value chain. This includes an effective project / process management approach to produce and maintain state-of-the art marketing material and product reporting delivered on traditional and digital channels, compliant with regulatory requirements. You'll play an important role in helping us to strengthen our marketing operating model by managing and implementing innovative platforms and solutions to improve delivery and execution. You'll also collaborate with many colleagues in the global marketing organization to ensure that business requirements are translated into IT language.

Your expertise

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Marketing Operations, Business Analysis or similar role
• Completed university degree
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills, strategic mindset
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with all levels in our organization
• fluent in English, additional language is a plus
• General know-how about Asset Management business (Investment funds, ETFs etc.) is a plus
• Experience with agile ways of working and related toolset is a plus
