Your role

Do you have experience in the financial market in Operations ?
We are looking for someone who can:

• FX settlements activities: contract control, monitoring payment and receipt queues, requesting approvals, verifying related documents and investigations
• monitoring of bank account cash balances
• report pending transactions
• perform OTC Derivatives reconciliation and confirmation control
• settlement of Fixed Income in Euroclear
• prepare different types of Swift messages
• issuance of Stand by Letter of Credit
• support the most different demands on the OPS International desk

Your team

You will be part of GWM International Operations team, responsible for the settlement of foreign currencies payments related to FX deals and offshore transactions executed out of the UBS Brazil/Bahamas entities.
The team plays a key role supporting the settlement of transactions conducted by the most different divisions: GWM, IB, GT, GLU and NCL.

Your expertise

• bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• background or understanding in financial products (FX, Equities, Derivatives and FI)
• strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to details
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo
• proactive, collaborative, naturally curious and eager to learn and improve processes and routines
• good communication skills
• fluency in English is desirable
