Your role

Are you detail oriented and can multi-task? Can you prioritize and meet tight deadlines, especially in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders to provide a first class settlement service and support business growth? Are you someone who will not accept the status-quo, and willing to drive process improvements and controls to meet the ever changing market and regulatory environment? We're looking for someone like that to help us:


- Ensure the transactional integrity of all trades in scope of service, performing intersystem reconciliations, monitoring trade lifecycle and responding queries from counterparties, brokers and clients.
- Be the key point of contact for to Front Office and respective settlement team with close communication and coordination to support trading and settlement.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Equity products. You shall follow the standard of procedure, timely escalate for any exceptions, and follow up the issue until it is fully resolved.
- For those routing tasks, you are expected to have a analytical mindset, challenging the status-quo to make positive and consistent changes on day-to-day process.
- Identify and recommend methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls, and increase customer satisfaction
- Be the subject matter expert, and take part in ad hoc projects on business development, system migration and regulatory changes.

You will be working in the APAC Securities Equity booking control team in Wuxi. The team supports APAC trading reconciliation for business in 13 markets, also works closely with cross-functional an dress regional team to solve issues and achieve common goals. The team is running business and operation with fast paces, risk controlled, and multiple task performing staff equipped.

Your expertise

Your experience and skills

- Bachelor degree and above. We welcome candidates from all disciplines.
- Problem solving; Attention to detail and various deadlines; Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills effectively
- A team player who collaborates well with different functions from different locations.
- A strong communicator and client focused, who can confidently convey information to different audience. Fluency in both oral and written English
- Someone who is passionate in driving and delivering process improvements and changes.
- 2+ years of working experience working in either settlements or generally supporting the cash equity operations
