Your role

"The FPSL & FSDM Delivery Lead supports the delivery of the Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) and Financial Services Data Management (FSDM) capabilities within the ampliFi program, with accountability for ensuring that finance, accounting, and data outcomes are delivered in line with UBS accounting principles, data standards, and delivery governance. The role is responsible for driving disciplined execution across functional design, business data readiness, testing, and production transition for FPSL and FSDM scope, ensuring consistent and high‑quality outcomes across the ledger and finance data landscape.
The role partners closely with Finance, Data, Integration, and Technology stakeholders and acts as a functional representative for Finance and data consumers within the delivery. It ensures that business requirements are translated into solutions that support accurate accounting, trusted finance data, and sustainable downstream reporting, while maintaining alignment with the target ledger and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end functional delivery for assigned FPSL and FSDM workstreams or modules within the ampliFi ledger and finance data stack, with clear ownership of outcomes.
- Contribute to and review functional designs for FPSL and FSDM to ensure correct accounting treatment, posting logic, data definitions, and alignment with agreed ledger principles and finance data models.
- Ensure that FPSL and FSDM solutions support consistent, reconciled, and reliable finance data for downstream reporting, controls, and analytics.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans covering functional scope, milestones, dependencies, and impacts across FPSL–FSDM integration points and downstream consumers.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID), with a focus on financial accuracy, data quality, regulatory expectations, and operational readiness, escalating where required.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery across Finance, Data, Integration, Testing, and Deployment teams to ensure coherent end‑to‑end execution and alignment on functional priorities.
- Ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, accounting principles, data standards, design decisions, and change control processes across FPSL and FSDM scope.
- Support SIT and UAT execution from a functional perspective, including validation of business scenarios, assessment of data readiness and defects based on finance impact, and support for business sign‑off.
- Assist with production readiness and cutover preparation, focusing on financial continuity, accuracy and reconciliation of balances, stability of finance data, and smooth transition to business‑as‑usual operations."

Your expertise

"Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience delivering finance and finance data capabilities within large‑scale transformation programs; hands on functional experience in SAP FPSL and SAP FSDM is required.
- Solid understanding of ledger, subledger, and finance data concepts, including how transactions, balances, and reference data flow across the finance stack and into reporting.
- Good grasp of delivery governance fundamentals, including planning, dependency management, RAID management, and structured status reporting.
- Experience operating in complex, global delivery environments with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured, and finance‑relevant updates to support informed decision‑making.
- Delivery‑focused mindset with strong attention to control, data quality, reconciliation integrity, and execution discipline."
