Your role

- Work within a dynamic trading environment alongside both Sales and Trading teams to deliver UBS products and solutions to local Institutional and Distribution clients
- Support the desk in structuring and executing client transactions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
- Handle client inquiries and inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments to support business growth and desk initiatives
- Collaborate closely with teams across Taipei and Hong Kong, while providing support to the Sales Desk Head

Your team

You’ll be joining our Taiwan Cross Asset Sales team based in Taipei, covering both fixed income and equity derivatives across the region. We provide tailored products, solutions and execution support in a seamless, client-focused manner. This enables us to meet the diverse needs of our Institutional and Distribution clients.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day execution, ensuring smooth business operations and delivering timely solutions to clients. You will also be involved in ad-hoc projects and assignments, gaining exposure across the desk and contributing to the team’s growth and development.

Your expertise

- 0–3 years of relevant work experience
- Undergraduate degree required
- Basic understanding of financial products and Sales & Trading
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Prior experience in a related role is a plus
