Your role

Asset Servicing is the global competence centre within UBS for Institutional Custody, Performance & Risk Analytics and Private Label Fund services. We provide these bespoke services to wealthy individuals, family offices, financial intermediaries and institutional clients around the world. We are headquartered in Zurich with offices in New York, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Singapore and Hong Kong.

We are looking for someone like that to:
• support the onboarding and account opening process and ensure the client or appointed Asset Manager is ready to leverage our products and services
• manage the ongoing relationship with the client to ensure our offering continues to enhance the client experience and explore further cross-selling opportunities
• drive resolution of any risk or service quality topics relating to the Asset Servicing product shelf
• support product development initiatives, in partnership with our global teams, to ensure our product remains best-in class

Your team

You’ll be working with the Asset Servicing team in Hong Kong. Asset Servicing is responsible for the following product and services offering: Professional e-Trading via Bloomberg, Securities Lending, Performance & Risk Analytics, Institutional Custody and Private Label Funds.

In this role you will partner with our Client Advisors, Asset Servicing Sales teams and other internal functions to deliver best in class solutions to our clients within Greater China across the Ultra High Net Worth, Global Family & Institutional Wealth and Financial Intermediary client segments.

Your expertise

You have:
• minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably a background in either Relationship Management, Account Management or Client Servicing from a business such as a Global Custodian, Securities Depository, or Fund Administrator
• familiarity with our products and an excellent understanding of the financial markets
• the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
• fluency (verbal and written) in Mandarin Chinese

You are:
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
• able to adopt a structured approach to problem solving and comfortable leading a diverse range of stakeholders through new initiatives where there may be ambiguity on how best to achieve the objective
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
