Your role

The SAP Business Integration Lead (Executive Director) is accountable for end to end business integration across SAP S/4HANA, FPSL, Group Reporting and SAC within the multi-year ampliFi program. You will be the primary architect of the bridge between banking finance operations and SAP technical execution. The role ensures that business requirements, finance processes, data, and SAP solutions are cohesive, scalable, and aligned to global standards, acting as a senior partner to Design Authority and program leadership. Accountable for ensuring functional integrity, data lineage, controls, and operating model alignment across the finance value chain for a complex multi-national Tier 1 bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end solution design and integration across Finance domains, ensuring consistency across processes, data flows, and reporting outcomes.
- Act as a senior Design Authority partner, providing direction, challenge, and oversight on solution and integration decisions.
- Translate complex finance and business requirements into integrated SAP S/4HANA designs.
- Oversee integration between SAP and non SAP systems, ensuring clarity on accounting impacts and downstream reporting.
- Partner with Functional, Data, Testing, Deployment, and Change teams to enable successful delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear insights on risks, dependencies, and design trade offs.
- Translate complex SAP capabilities into business value and vice versa.
- Shape and evolve the future state business integration architecture to support global rollout and long term sustainability.

Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of Extensive experience in large scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. Global Deployment experience preferred. - Experience in SAP BTP a plus Banking domain experience (wealth management, investment banking, retail)
- Experience with multi-GAAP and multi-currency environments
- Strong finance domain knowledge (Accounting, Reporting, Controlling, Consolidation).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale global finance transformation (Big4 or equivalent background preferred).
- Ability to operate credibly at senior executive level, influencing and challenging stakeholders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

You will operate in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, influencing across business and technology functions, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and successful delivery at scale.

Your expertise
