Your role
Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems and increase efficiencies and productivity?
We are looking for a trust officer to:
• administer and manage a complex portfolio of companies and trusts, including charitable foundations
• draft and review trust and corporate documentation
• provide tailored solutions to meet internal and external client needs while ensuring high service standards
• monitor client activities and transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of service
• liaise directly with UBS Wealth Planners, Client Advisors, and external professional advisors across global financial centres
• collaborate cross functionally, support client meetings and presentations, respond to client enquiries, and participate in projects as required

Your team

Your expertise
• motivated and energetic individual who is eager to learn and develop
• University degree preferably in legal, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• ideally TEP certification from The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
• experience in administering trust and corporate structures, including companies, trusts, and charitable foundations is a benefit
• excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal partners, clients, and external professional advisors across jurisdictions
• highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high service standards
• strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing client presentations and professional correspondence
