Your role

We're looking for an HR Operations Intern to:

• Support the HR Operations UK Operations Team in daily activities in our HR and ticketing system,
• Deliver results within defined deadlines,
• Treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches,
• Stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes,
• Work 5 days a week with minimum 3 days from our Krakow office;

Your team

You'll be working in the HR Operations UK Team based in Krakow. We are an HR Operations team, who provide HR Services to UK and Jersey based employees and line managers via our ticketing system. We constantly seek for process improvement and automations to make our work more efficient.

Your expertise

• Fluent in written and spoken business English with great communication skills,
• Excellent attention to detail,
• Good with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook,
• Strong time-management skills,
• Open-minded, eager to learn and proactive,
• Known for can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks,
• Able to handle individual assignments but also devoted team player;
