The Ultra High-Net Worth (UHNW) & Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) Business Development team is aligned with the global strategy of the UHNW & GFIW businesses. We work across coverage and capabilities to drive growth by leveraging data, content, and origination opportunities, transitioning them into regular coverage.

Are you a smart, driven individual who thrives on solving client challenges and building long-term relationships? Do you think creatively and enjoy driving change? We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team and:

• Support the regional business development lead for APAC in growing the UHNW & GFIW businesses by removing barriers and contributing to strategic business planning.
• Act as the first point of contact for front-office staff regarding UHNW / GFIW-specific products, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver targeted, institutional-grade investment content to internal and external clients.
• Participate in client meetings to identify client needs and work with UHNW/GFIW pods to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Represent the regional business development lead in forums and meetings when required.
• Assist with day-to-day activities, including project management, pod coordination, and data analytics.
• Execute administrative and reporting tasks, such as preparing management presentations, tracking and reporting opportunities, and organizing meeting materials.

Your team

You’ll be part of the APAC Business Development team for UHNW & Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW), based in Singapore. As a member of this team, you’ll collaborate with Business Development Leads in the US and EMEA, as well as other global team members.
GFIW delivers holistic, cross-divisional solutions to family offices and institutional investors, while the UHNW strategy focuses on providing a comprehensive range of Global Wealth Management solutions for UHNW clients.

Your expertise

• Several years of experience in Wealth Management or Investment Banking, with a focus on UHNW or institutional-type clients.
• A degree in Finance and/or Business Administration.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong planning and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
