Are you good at expressing asset management capabilities and products in client documents to maintain/win business together with Client Relationship Managers? RFP is an art to pack our essence as AM firm into certain formats. We’re looking for someone to:

• be familiar with AM fund business to work as a team member of Wholesale Client Coverage to maintain and win business.
• create contents for RFPs to express our capabilities and products properly with elegance.
• review contents creating process and seek any opportunities to gain efficiency.
• communicate with offshore offices about Investment capabilities and products.
• liaise with different internal functions, e.g. various investment teams, product team and legal & compliance team to produce informative contents in line with regulation

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wholesale Client Coverage team in Tokyo as well as collaborating with RFP team in Institutional Client Coverage . We are dealing with distributors and white label partners to distribute our fund capabilities. RFP is one of key instruments to maintain and win business.

Your expertise

• ideally 5 year experience in asset management industry or distribution side
• native level Japanese and business level English
• professional level of PC skill (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• knowledge about global investment products (Equity, bond, hedge fund, and currency)
• teamwork sprit
• good communicator having negotiation skills
• flexible and collaborative in serving wholesale sales team
• entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• if you have career ambition to be CRM in the future, this is a good start to seek the opportunity. We are flexible how to collaborate in the team.
