Your role

Are you interested in collaborating with leading industry managers and exploring the dynamic landscape of alternative investments, including Private Equity and other Private Markets, beyond traditional public markets? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Client Reporting Team within UGA.

In this role, you will:

· Take responsibility for delivering excellent client service across our products throughout the lifecycle of private markets portfolios.
· Prepare quarterly client reports, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and compliance with Private Equity industry standards.
· Complete data entry and perform ongoing data maintenance to support the management of funds within internal systems.
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather, validate, and reconcile data for reporting and related processes.
· Respond promptly to client queries and provide professional support on portfolio performance, valuations, and report content. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries related to third-party investment funds and mandates, delivering high-quality responses and solutions efficiently and effectively.
· Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, contributing ideas to further streamline workflows.
· Leverage AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and drive innovation as an integral part of your role

Your team

You will join a dynamic team within UGA that supports a high-growth business of strategic importance to UBS, the world’s largest wealth manager. UGA has a long-standing track record of delivering compelling alternative investment solutions to Wealth and Asset Management clients globally. The Client Reporting Team’s primary focus is the delivery of quarterly reporting for our Private Markets clients.

Your expertise

· 3+ years' financial industry experience, ideally including investment funds
· product management experience is preferred
· basic knowledge of PE performance measures is preferred
· collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
· strong willingness to learn on the job; proactive self-starter with a keen eye for details
· demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
· ability to learn and prioritize multiple tasks at once and meet challenging deadlines
