Your role

Are you a people person, with an analytical mindset and deep understanding of financial markets? Do you know how to come up with creative ideas for clients? We are looking for someone who can:
• provide sales coverage for institutional clients covering the whole spectrum of equity derivative products (delta-1, flow equity derivatives, exotics, risk recycling & quantitative investment solutions)
• introduce, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include goals and objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
• take care of all stages of client management process
• to support any ongoing initiatives that the team is embarking on
• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

Your team

You’ll be working in the Nordic Equity Derivatives Sales team in Stockholm. You will be covering Nordic institutional clients with a specific focus Danish institutions and will be providing them access to solutions in equity derivatives and QIS. Your role will require strong client relationships and integration into the existing team and practices, with an ability to support team members, and meet client's requirements across equity derivatives and QIS.

Your expertise

• ideally a minimum of five years of relevant experience
• a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies
• deep understanding of regulatory environment and its effect on clients
• previous sales experience with Nordic and (particularly) Danish institutional clients
• an excellent communicator, and a collaborative partner with clearly demonstrated ability to work with large and complex groups
• able to thrive in a high intensity and highly demanding role
• eager and hungry to explore and develop new business
• always professional (but you have the human touch)
