We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to:

• develop and provide maintenance of applications using Java technologies, such as Spring including (Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security), Java EE, Design Patterns; and Web Technologies, such as Angular and React
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand and translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions
• lead technical design and implementations of robust and scalable systems using sophisticated market technologies
• define code standards to ensure quality
• identify and solve complex technical issues effectively and efficiently, always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
• partner with other IT teams to enable and drive new solutions and architectures

Your team

You will working within IT Brazil team based in São Paulo (Ave Faria Lima), in Brazil.
We analyze, develop, and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. Overall, being part of the IT development department offers you the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional technology and distinguished financial market professionals

Work in the hybrid model (3x office and 2x home)

Your expertise

• Software engineer/developer focused on high-availability, high-performance and distributed solutions
• Coding skills:
- Java and React strong coding skills
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming, -
- Concurrency, Multithreading,
•Design Patterns:
- Clear understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Java Spring framework: not required but it is a plus
- C++ and/or Python: not required but very desirable
• Linux/Unix experience
• Comfortable with standard SDLC tools such as code repository handling in Git, CI/CD adjustments, testing frameworks
• Produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent, and well-performing
• Design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence, with high degree of attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent with a focus in computer science or engineering
• Experience with low-latency distributed systems development or electronic trading systems (OMS, Marketdata feeders, Risk engines, algos) is a plus.
• Knowledge in Brazil trading environment and business
• fluent Portuguese and English - Daily communication with global teams
