Your role

Can you lead critical Product Control transformations?
Do you want to act as a trusted senior advisor, ensuring stability, control, and delivery during complex system integrations?

We’re looking for a senior Product Control role to:

• lead Product Control integration related to Single Booking and Brazil cutovers into global risk systems, ensuring continuity of financial reporting
• stabilize the Brazil Product Control platform during periods of heightened operational risk and transformation
• drive remediation of high severity defects, reducing reliance on manual processes and temporary workarounds
• ensure robustness of financial reporting, controls, and governance throughout system integration phases
• identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks, including the design and oversight of compensating controls
• act as a senior liaison across Product Control, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align local execution with global requirements
• support MLSI remediation activities and ensure readiness for planned closure in November 2026
• contribute to firm wide strategic initiatives such as legal entity wind down and application decoupling

Your team

You’ll be working within the Product Control and broader Finance organization in São Paulo – Brazil, partnering closely with global and local stakeholders. The team plays a critical role during transformation and integration, maintaining financial integrity, strong controls, and regulatory compliance while supporting the firm’s strategic objectives.

Your expertise

• extensive senior level experience in Product Control, ideally within a complex financial institution
• proven track record leading teams or functions through system integrations, cutovers, or major transformations
• strong background in operational risk management, control frameworks, and regulatory governance
• deep understanding of the Brazil Product Control platform, local systems, processes, and controls
• solid knowledge of global risk systems and their interaction with local finance environments
• hands on experience managing defects, process breaks, and manual controls in regulated settings
• strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Finance and IT
