Your role

Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems?

We’re looking for someone who can:
• Provide advisory services on capital market products (including structured products, bonds, FX, and equities) to Client Advisors (CAs) and GWM clients.
• Deliver market insights and product ideas through internal/external seminars, study sessions, and daily morning meetings.
• Manage and expand the product shelf.
• Prepare product documentation and marketing materials.
• Design operational workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Operations and other teams for various topics.
• Collaborate with execution/trading desk and UGM APAC to drive business expansion.

Your team

Unified Global Markets (UGM) Japan team has front-to-back instrument responsibility for Equities (EQ), Fixed Income (FI), Foreign Exchange(FX), and Structured Products (SP). We create and deliver a leading offing of various capital market products aligned with our "UBS House View" for WM clients.

Your expertise

• Advanced knowledge and experience in one or more of financial products (either structured products, bonds, FX, or equities).
• Programming skills at a practical level (e.g., ability to write/edit macros).
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Business-level Japanese and English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in Wealth Management business.
