Your role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing data initiatives to ensure alignment and compliance with the data management office
• Establishing data architecture and data science best practices
• Provide technology vision, including roadmaps, blueprints, and high level project plans
• Designing and implementing Data Products with focus on data integration and consolidation
• Defining end to end technical guidance and target state roadmaps for Data, Analytics & AI
• Strong technical background SQL and cloud data platforms. Azure ADLS, ADF and Databricks
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to identify business challenges and deliver state of the art data and analytics solutions aligned with strategic objectives

You will be part of the IT Brazil team, based in São Paulo (Av. Faria Lima).
The team ensures the organization maximizes the value of its technological investments by collaborating closely with stakeholders, delivering strategic initiatives, and defining the technical roadmap through shared expertise and best practices.
As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful alignment of business goals and technology strategy.

Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Your expertise

• 8+ years of experience in a similar Data Architecture role (experience in the financial sector is a strong plus)
• Proven expertise in data governance processes and tools, including key aspects of data integration such as data discovery, KPI/KDE definitions, geographic and jurisdictional constraints, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse initiatives, meeting key objectives and timelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluent Portuguese and English
